Our process has six stages: client briefing, design mockups, client review and feedback, revisions and refinement, final design approval, and handoff to development. We work collaboratively to ensure the final design matches your vision before any code is written.

Yes, every website we design is fully responsive and works perfectly on phones, tablets, and desktops. With mobile traffic accounting for over half of all web visits, a mobile-first approach is essential to our design process.
How long does a website design project take?
Timelines vary depending on the project scope, but a typical website design goes through briefing, mockups, revisions, and approval before moving to development. We provide a clear timeline at the start of every project.

What is managed website hosting?
Managed hosting is a comprehensive service where all technical aspects of running your website are handled by Red Web. This includes security, storage, backups, server configuration, SSL certificates, and Cloudflare protection. You focus on your business while we handle the technical infrastructure.
How much does managed hosting cost?
Our hosting packages start at £75.00 per year for the Starter plan, £150.00 per year for Growth, and £275.00 per year for Advanced. All prices are subject to VAT. Enterprise hosting is priced based on your specific requirements.
Do you include backups with hosting?
Yes, all hosting plans include automated backups. The Starter plan includes weekly backups kept for 1 month, Growth includes weekly backups kept for 2 months, and Advanced includes daily backups kept for 2 months. Enterprise plans include daily backups kept for 6 months.
SEO
What does your SEO service include?
Our SEO service includes a full discovery and audit, keyword research, on-page optimisation of titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and content, technical SEO improvements, and ongoing monthly monitoring and reporting.
How much does SEO cost in Cambridge?
Our monthly SEO management service is £270.00+VAT per month. Our Local Business Boost package, ideal for organisations aiming to enhance their local footprint, is offered at £170.00+VAT. Advanced SEO solutions for larger sites are priced based on specific requirements.
Why is local SEO important for Cambridge businesses?

Terms & Conditions
Who owns the website after it is built?
Once you have fulfilled your payment obligations, you own the website we have designed and built for you, including all visual elements created for it. We provide you with source files and finished files. You also retain all intellectual property rights to any text, images, and data you provided to us.
What are your payment terms?
Payment schedules are agreed at the start of each project and outlined in our estimate. Invoices are issued electronically and are payable by BACS or SWIFT. All quotes are provided in British pounds sterling. Full details are included in our terms and conditions.
Do you offer bug fixes after the website is launched?
Yes, all bugs and support related to our coding are covered free of charge for 12 months after launch. After this period, support is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum charge of 0.25 hours. Please note that issues with third-party plugins are subject to a separate charge.
What happens if I want to change the scope of the project?
We are flexible and understand that requirements can evolve. If the scope changes during the project, we will provide a supplementary estimate to cover any additional work required. We will always agree this with you before proceeding.
Can either party cancel the project?
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. If the project is cancelled before completion, you will pay for all work completed up to that point.
Do you provide email support?
We offer an email setup service, but we do not provide ongoing email support. We typically recommend Google Workspace as an email provider, as it includes its own dedicated support.
